The controls are easy to access since the screen is built into the side shelf, and automatically adjusts for readability when the shelf is folded out for use. Built-in LED lighting above the side shelf and inside the smoker allow for better visibility for food prep and cooking after dark. With more than 1,500 square inches of cooking space and 4 adjustable racks, this vertical smoker can handle anything on your menu.

The PBV6PSE is also outfitted with VST, or variable smoker technology, which perfectly blends PID and cycle cooking. This means you get temperature management AND a Smoke Mode option.
