The PB1150PS3 comes equipped with a temperature range of 180° to 500°F. Fire it up and cook with indirect heat or use the Flame Broiler™ lever to direct flame sear up to 1,000°F. Additional features of the PB1150PS3 Wood Pellet Grill include a 32 lb. hopper capacity with an easy pellet cleanout door, removable ash management, straight grid porcelain coated cast iron cooking grates, a folding front shelf and solid side shelf with built-in tool hooks, 2 included meat probes and the Pit Boss 5-year warranty.
